My mom shared this recipe with me over this weekend and I immediately made them for London. I have been wanting to make popsicles for her all Summer but most of them are so full of sugar that I’ve been holding off.  When I saw these only had yogurt, honey, and fresh fruit I knew these were the ones to make.  I had bought these popsicle makers at a local store but you can also get them on Amazon.  I eventually want to buy a Zoku but for now these will work.  I used the fruit I had on hand but you can use any fruit you like.  I will also be using these flavor combinations from Sara to try out different ones. If you are looking for an easy and quick yummy Summer treat then give these a try.

Frozen Yogurt Pops

1 1/2 cups pureed fruit

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Stir all ingredients together until smooth. Poor into popsicle molds and freeze.
