The Thanksgiving table is finally set and we are ready for our company and our wonderful feast on Thursday. This year for the table I went very traditional with muted and natural colors. The only bit of color actually comes from the table runner and the centerpiece of Fall flowers. I love being able to mix up the table each year by adding different decor but keeping with the same white dishes as the mainstay. The pumpkins I picked up from Pottery Barn last year for $4 after the Season and added the feathers this year as a bit of fun. For the centerpiece I added two ivory tapered candles and a bouquet of fresh flowers. We will be cooking our traditional menu along with this Pumpkin Pie. That evening we will venture down to the Plaza for the annual lighting ceremony with friends, and the next morning I’ll be up and out the door bright and early to catch those Black Friday deals. Wishing you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving.
