If you saw my weekend recap I told you how we visited the Nelson Atkins this past weekend. I was hoping to find a little inspiration and to have a nice outing with London and the hubs and it definitely met my expectation. I’ve been to this museum so many times now, but each time I go it’s such a wonderful experience. My favorite of course is the European section which displays several Impressionist painters and my favorite artist of all time Claude Monet. We spent over three hours at the museum enjoying the pieces and having lunch in the courtyard. If you ever get the chance to visit this museum make sure to save time to each in the Rozzelle Courtyard, the view is beautiful and the food is surprisingly delicious and very reasonable. At the end of the day we did manage to get a few outfit pictures and when I say we, I actually mean London. She took several of these pictures and I am beginning to think maybe we have a little photographer on our hands. The museum is under going a renovation and in March they are opening up an entire new Impressionist exhibit and I can’t wait to go back and see in person.
